It fits if people find you through one recent thing and never see the rest. It fits if you get asked the same questions often enough that you can hear yourself answering them. It fits if people come to you for your method, and there are only so many ways to cover the same ground in new episodes and articles. It is not a fit if you are starting out and have little published yet, or if what you want is to film and sell one flagship course.

We recommend roughly 20 to 40 substantial pieces per subject, or somewhere around 50,000 words. Depth on one subject matters more than the total: ten thorough pieces on a single topic will produce a better course than forty spread across ten topics. Academy reads what you upload and tells you which subjects have enough behind them to become a course. If none of them do yet, it says so rather than writing a thin course.

Yes. Academy uses leading AI models, and the courses are assembled from your words. First it finds the teachable material in what you uploaded. Then it connects those pieces into a structure a learner can follow. Where there is a gap, it fills it using established learning frameworks rather than inventing material you never covered. Every teaching is traced back to the file it came from, so you can check any line against what you actually said.

Client names, personal details and identifying specifics are stripped out of your material before any of it reaches a model. You get a report of what was removed so you can check the list.

It depends on how much ground your material covers and how much depth it has. Academy aims to produce courses that give your subscribers real value, built on your own material and your own ideas. If a subject does not have enough behind it, Academy tells you before it writes anything.

No. Keep your newsletter, your podcast and your posts exactly as they are. Academy sits alongside them and gives each one somewhere to send people. Nothing has to be re-recorded and nothing has to be filmed.

No. Your newsletter and your podcast are how people find you, and each one introduces a single idea at a time. Academy is where you send someone who wants to go through your thinking in depth and in a structured order. Your articles do what articles do, your podcast does what a podcast does, and Academy adds the educational layer that neither of them can.

You own your courses on every plan, including the free one, and you can take them with you. Today you invite people with an access code and Academy takes nothing, because it does not process learner payments yet. When paid enrollment launches, the plan is a share of each sale: 12% on Free, 6% on Pro and 3% on Managed. If you charge nothing, there is nothing to share.

Allow a few days to gather your material, since that is the part that takes your time. Once you upload it, Academy reads everything and comes back within hours with the subjects it found and the courses it proposes. From there the time is yours: reviewing the drafts, cutting what you do not want and asking for changes. Most people have an Academy ready somewhere between a few days and two weeks, depending on how much they upload and how much they revise.

A private address to work through, with lessons in order, foundations for anyone new to your thinking, a glossary in your terms, and exercises they take into their own work. You invite them with an access code, and you see who finished, who stalled and on which lesson.
